General Terms & Conditions of Sale

Validity
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change after this period without prior notice.
Order Confirmation and Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm all orders unless otherwise stated in writing. The balance is payable upon completion, prior to delivery or collection. Production or procurement will not commence until the down payment is received in full.
Pricing
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, duties, delivery, and installation costs unless otherwise specified. Any additional work or variations requested after order confirmation will be charged separately.
Delivery and Lead Time
Delivery and completion dates are estimates and subject to material availability and workload. Bonanza shall not be liable for delays due to factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership of goods remains with the seller until full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection, whichever occurs first.
Custom and Special Orders
All customised, fabricated, or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has commenced. Cancellations after confirmation will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional costs for work completed to date.
Returns and Cancellations
Standard stocked items may only be returned with prior written approval and must be in unused, resalable condition. A restocking fee will apply. Customised or special-order items cannot be returned or cancelled once confirmed.
Warranty and Liability
Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for a period specified on the quotation or invoice. This warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance. The seller’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective goods at its discretion. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses.
Engineering and Installation Services
Where installation or engineering services are provided, all site conditions must be ready and suitable prior to commencement. Delays caused by site inaccessibility, power unavailability, or client-side delays may incur additional charges.
Force Majeure
The seller shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or supply shortages.
Disputes and Governing Law
All sales and services are governed by the laws of Botswana, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
Acceptance of Terms
Placement of an order or payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
